This role is pivotal in the successful partnership with short-term teams, local ministry partners and our international workers on the ground. Through this opportunity, you will prayerfully lead short-term teams in the pre-trip preparations as well as post-trip follow-up and steps. During the short-term mission trip, you will oversee the team as they serve alongside our ministry partners. Your heart to see young people step into what God is calling them to will have you cheering on each participant and encouraging each team leader.
