Trip Summary
Your 10-day Global Outreach trip with Inca Link offers a balanced, immersive experience of ministry, cultural engagement, spiritual growth, and team development. Over ten days (typically Friday through the following Sunday in many field sites) you’ll serve alongside national staff, local ministries, and youth, while gaining a firsthand understanding of God’s work in Latin America. Inca Link provides all in-country logistics (housing, meals, ground transport, ministry coordination) so you can focus on relationships and impact.
In Ecuador, you will have the opportunity to partner with one of the different ministries centered on reaching local communities with the love of God.
On the Coast of Ecuador are Bonsai, P7.8 and el Hormiguero. The Bonsai ministry focuses on education and serving families.
The P7.8 ministry in Portoviejo seeks to introduce the children and youth living in a garbage dump, the love of Jesus through Bible studies and compassion ministries. In the Hormiguero ministry, you will have the opportunity to reach teens through educational support and Bible programs.
In the capital are Cumbre Alta and Casa Elizabeth Cumbre Alta is a discipleship program, reaching children, youth and young adults through soccer.
The ministry of Casa Elizabeth serves and disciples young mothers by lovingly walking alongside them. I
In the Jungles of Ecuador indigenous missionary training takes place within the walls of Ninawachi, investing in young people who are ready to answer the call God has placed on their hearts.

- Pre-trip: You will receive training materials, a leader's guide, country orientation, and likely meet with host staff virtually.
- Post-trip: You will have the opportunity to debrief, reflect and be encouraged to remain engaged and mobilize others.
